Pippy Oak (Quercus Robur)

Pippy oak is so named because of the frequent small knots and knot clusters which pepper the board. Very hard and durable, the patches of ‘pip’ give a rustic feel and provide good interest and colour variation.
50mm thick, 1 square / 1 live edge board. Skimmed both faces.
