FELDER CNC
Austrian built this 5 Axis CNC with a 5 metre bed, automatic tool change stations coupled with up to date software, allows us to machine complex shapes in timber. A key piece of equipment, our skilled operator takes your drawing, ideally electronically and creates the program to machine your creation.
BEAM PLANER
We found this brute of a planer in Europe, originally manufactured in Portugal, it is capable of planing beams up to 350mm x 500mm in one pass, giving a lovely smooth finish to green and air dried beaming timber.
MEBOR SAWMILL
Originally designed for sawmilling tropical logs, our Mebor Sawmill can handle logs of up to 1.9m in diameter and 8m in length. We predominantly mill hardwood logs, but we are equipped with blades for softwood cutting. We are happy to contract mill your logs as well.

WEINIG MOULDER
One of our most important tools, our Weinig Unimat 1000 is our go to machine for linear moulding. We use this to machine all manner of mouldings from door frame components to skirting to flooring and more bedsides.
Our in-house tool making goes hand in hand with our moulder, allowing us to closely control the profile manufacture for our customers.
WEINIG FLEXIRIP
Manufactured by the German company Weinig, the Flexirip allows us to rip to width wide and thick boards of up to 7.2 metres in length. The saw safely clamps the board into place and cuts with a moving circular saw blade, giving an accurate finished edge.
WEINIG MULTIRIP
One of two similar machines in our workshops, the multirip does what its name suggests, cuts to width with multiple blades. Normally used with three blades, one fixed and two moveable, the saw give an efficient, accurate and clean finish to our cut to size jobs. This Weinig machine is one of six from this well know German manufacturer in our workshops.
STROMAB MATRIX AUTO CROSSCUT SAW
We have been using Stromab saws for a couple of decades, manufactured in Italy, the saws are robust, accurate and reliable. This cross cut saw is one of our key machines to cut timber to length. It is able to be programmed to cut to specific length or to be used to cut features our of the timber, by using a camera which recognises a fluorescent crayon mark. The finish is clean and accurate.
WEINIG CUBE
A smaller 4 sided planer, again supplied by Weinig, this is a touch screen machine able to be quickly set to give a final finish on our products. Being simple to set and use and fast in operation, we can use this planer for quick turn-around work.
