Ashgrove Homes – Cycle & Bin Store

Ashgrove Homes have built a new development, Century House, of 60 apartments next to the railway station in Horsham. They wanted to have a discrete place to locate the waste bins and a store for cycles. Early in 2021 they approached us for a quote.
A design was agreed for a treated softwood round top palisade walls, ply roof with felt waterproofing for the cycle store with a single gate, located separately to the bin store. The bin store has multiple gates, both with an open top above the palisades, the roof timbers are set on an angle to create a shadow effect.
The build started in October 2021 and was completed 2 weeks later. This is the latest of several similar projects for major UK house builders, where in addition to and fencing requirements, we can offer enhanced services for housing developments.
