We are able to offer an extensive range of workshop services for machined timbers. We have standard 'in house' profiles, examples are shown further down this page.

At the start of 2004 the very latest in moulding technology was installed in our workshops. We have invested in a new Weinig Unimat 1000 Star (pictured below). This is a fully computer controlled moulder. To give the very best quality to our customers, there are two further parts to the package. A template maker which allows us to manufacture our own templates to our or customers design, and a new profile grinder to ensure the cutter blades are perfect. This whole package will result in a superb finish for machined products.

We are able to machine a wide range of profiles for a variety of end uses. Flooring, Skirtings, Scotia, Dado rails, Door and door frame components, machine timbers for Conservatories to name but a few. It would be impossible to provide a comprehensive list, so give our sales team a call, if we do not have a similar profile to meet your needs, we do have the technology to make the profile you require.

The profiles shown below are for example only and do not provide an exhaustive list (not to scale), with well over 200 different profile cutters available, we are sure that we will be able to meet your requirement. Prices will alter with the size of the run, the larger the run the lower the price. Please ask the sales team for details.

We are also able to machine to customers own profiles, from drawing or sample. We can manufacture our own profiles and cutter blades using the latest in engineering and woodmachining technology.
